At this time, we do not offer international shipping.



The Wedding Emporium use Australia Post to handle deliveries.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of received payment.

We work hard to keep a large quantity of all items in stock at all times. If any items are out of stock, we will notify you with an expected date of delivery.
We aim to get your item in the post and on its way to you as quickly as possible.

Personalised orders such as invitations, favours and placecards take longer to process, print, produce and assemble. We will communicate with you via email to arrange a suitable delivery date to work towards as well as collect any relevant information needed to complete your order.

Due to the many variables that influence shipping, delivery times are consistent, but cannot be guaranteed. The Wedding Emporium accepts no responsibility for losses due to delays in shipping. Australia Post advertise 1-6 business days for standard deliveries around Australia.



The Wedding Emporium appreciates notification as soon as possible should you choose to not proceed with your order.

If your order is yet to be dispatched we will arrange a refund or credit. Orders that are packed ready for delivery may incur a small administration fee to cover costs associated with preparing and packing of your order.

If your order has already been posted, you will need to return the order. A 20% handling fee as well as original posting costs will be deducted from the refund amount for returns.



If for any reason you are not happy with the product you have purchased please contact us using the Contact Us page on our website. Depending on the circumstances, we will discuss options available to you.

The Wedding Emporium accepts returns within 10 business days of orders being received. Depending on the reason for the return you may be offered an exchange or refund.

Returns are subject to 20% handling fee as well as original postage costs. All items returned must be in original condition and suitable for resale at the customers expense.

Faulty items will be replaced by The Wedding Emporium, customers may need to return items to qualify for replacement. Simply changing your mind is not an acceptable reason for a return and this will be declined.
